These Terms of Service govern use of MyEvents RSVP, an event RSVP management service that provides private RSVP links, QR code inserts, event dashboards, email notifications, and optional SMS notifications.

Use of the Service

You may use the service to manage lawful events, invitations, attendee lists, RSVP responses, reminders, and related account activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for ensuring you have permission to contact invitees.

Accounts

Account owners are responsible for organizer access, event content, invitation data, billing information, and account security. You agree to keep login credentials secure and to use MFA when required.

SMS Terms

By checking an SMS consent box and providing a mobile phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from MyEvents RSVP, including RSVP confirmations, RSVP updates, event reminders, event-related notifications, account verification, MFA or OTP messages, account alerts, and customer care responses.

Message frequency varies based on user activity and event participation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out and Help

SMS recipients can opt out by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. Recipients can request help by replying HELP or INFO. After opting out, recipients may no longer receive SMS messages unless they opt in again.

Service Limitations

The service provides RSVP management and private QR links. MyEvents RSVP does not provide full invitation design or printing. SMS delivery is dependent on carrier approval, carrier availability, and future SMS provider configuration.

Payments and Plans

Plans, event credits, limits, retention periods, and pricing may vary by account. Single event credits are consumed when used and are not restored by deleting, archiving, locking, or purging an event.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, spam, or unauthorized messaging activity. We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
